In Dabalta's FPS data, it appears they assumed a 420 RPM for the weapons being assessed, and a distance of 0m. So if we get a very rough estimate of what that assumed damage (420 RPM * Dmg/Shot) for that weapon, then we can get a rough guess as to what the minimum damage seems to be needed to be lethal versus Heavy armor.

 

Then we can reverse that math to update the RPM to match what they weapons are capable of and see how long it takes them to get to that lethal dosage with their given fire rates.
